5 carrots, peeled and sliced diagonally

1 teaspoon Schwartz Garlic Granules ,

1 teaspoon Schwartz Cumin Ground ,

3 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons Schwartz Parsley Flat Leaf ,

Schwartz Sea Salt and Black Pepper to season

Preparation

Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add the carrots and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the Garlic Granules, Cumin and lemon juice. Season to taste, add a splash of water and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Finish with the Parsley 2 minutes before the end of cooking. Serve immediately.
