Caramelised Apple And Cinnamon Porridge

Ingredients:

1 x apple

1 x pinch of ground cinnamon

1 x sprinkle of chopped mixed nuts

100g porridge oats

200ml Vita Coco Coconut Milk

Method:

Core and slice the apples and place in a frying pan over a medium heat. Whilst they are cooking combine the porridge oats and Vita Coco Coconut Milk in a separate pan and begin to cook. Turn the apples occasionally until they are brown and have started to caramelise in their own juices. By now your porridge should be cooked. Transfer into a bowl and top with the apples, mixed nuts and a large sprinkling of cinnamon.
