Ingredients
150g dried apricots
60g cashews
300g brazil nuts
20g coconut chips
1tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon almond butter
1tblespoon cacao powder
Combine dry ingredients in blender for 2 minutes until a coarse mixture forms.
Then add coconut oil and almond butter blitz for another 30 seconds and then mould into balls. A delicious and nutritious snack!
