This refreshing juice is the perfect way to kick start your day. The combination of beetroot and berries with sweet apple juice is a winner.

You’ll need:
- Half a punnet of blackberries
- A raw beetroot
- 1cm of ginger
- Apple juice
What to do:
Scrub a raw beetroot well and trim away any roots and stalks, roughly chop and put it into a blender or smoothie maker. Add half a punnet of blackberries, 1cm of root ginger peeled and roughly chopped then top up with apple juice. Whizz until smooth. Add a little more apple juice if it’s too thick.
