Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside. 2. In a large Ziploc bag, combine the kale, olive oil, and salt. Shake the bag vigorously to distribute. 3. Place on a baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes or until crisp. Serve immediately.
