Avocado and Lime Cucumber Bites

Ingredients
1/4 cloves Garlic
1/4 Cucumber Medium
4 sprigs Coriander Fresh
1/2 Juice of a Lime
1/2 Avocado - Medium
20 ml Water
1 tsp Beyond Greens - Udo's
Cooking Method
- Blend all of the ingredients except for the cucumber in a food processor with a little salt and pepper.
- Cut the cucumber into slices, about one fourth of an inch each.
- Plate the slices and top with the avocado and lime spread.
- Add a touch of yogurt or fresh coriander on top for garnish, if desired.
Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. So multiple recipe up and make more.
