Ingredients
1 tablespoons olive oil
450 gram (1 pound) potatoes, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon Schwartz Cumin Ground ,
1 teaspoon Schwartz Coriander Ground ,
1 teaspoon Schwartz Mustard Seed ,
½ teaspoon Schwartz Black Onion Seeds ,
¼ teaspoon Schwartz Turmeric ,
¼ teaspoon Schwartz Minced Garlic ,
¼ teaspoon Schwartz Chilli Flakes ,
2 tomatoes, chopped
350 gram (12 ounce) spinach, sliced
Preparation

Heat the olive oil in a deep frying pan, fry the potatoes and onion for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
Sprinkle in the Cumin, Coriander, Mustard Seeds, Black Onion Seeds, Turmeric, Garlic and chillies and cook for 30 seconds.
Toss in the tomatoes and spinach, stir and turn the heat down and cover the pan.
Cook for 5-10 minutes until the spinach has wilted and the potatoes are tender.
