Gluten Free **when correct oats used
A grab and go breakfast which is packed full of anti-oxidants, fibre and protein
Ingredients
- 80g Alara Scottish Oats
- 2 tsp OTE Acai powder
- 2 tsp honey
- 4 tsp Chia seeds
- 250 ml almond milk
- 1 coconut yoghurt
Method
- Pour all the ingredients except for the coconut yoghurt into a bowl and stir thoroughly until everything is well combined
- Set aside for 15 minutes to allow the chia seeds to expand and stir once more
- Divide the oats between two jars and top with a spoonful of coconut yoghurt and some chopped bananas or fresh fruit
