Acai overnight oats

A grab and go breakfast which is packed full of anti-oxidants, fibre and protein

Ingredients

  • 80g Alara Scottish Oats
  • 2 tsp OTE Acai powder
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 4 tsp Chia seeds
  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 1 coconut yoghurt

Method

  • Pour all the ingredients except for the coconut yoghurt into a bowl and stir thoroughly until everything is well combined
  • Set aside for 15 minutes to allow the chia seeds to expand and stir once more
  • Divide the oats between two jars and top with a spoonful of coconut yoghurt and some chopped bananas or fresh fruit
