You'll need:

200g frozen acai puree

1 banana

2 medjool dates pitted

125ml almond milk or any nut milk

1tbsp hemp or chia seeds

And for toppings: Mixed berries, bananas, apples, pears dessicated coconut, cranberries, pumkin seeds, granola, cacao nibs.

- Put the frozen acai, banana, dates, almond milk and seeds in a blender and blend until smooth.

- Divide the puree between 2 bowls and sprinkle over your choice of topping.
