Botonique is best served chilled in a Champagne flute, as it shares similarities with Prosecco; minus the alcohol!
Crisp Dry White has high notes of citrus and basil, base notes from Panax ginseng and milk thistle seed, with a host a flavour notes from many herbs and spices in between, plus a long dry finish; the dryness of a dry Prosecco, acidity of a Sauvignon Blanc, the mineralogy of an Albarino, but a completely unique flavour. No grapes involved and the alcohol used to extract the flavour and goodness has been removed.
Botonique Blush is the second flavour of Botonique released; a unique British-made natural, sparkling non-alcoholic drink with added strawberry, rose and bramble.
Botonique Blush is much like Botonique Crisp Dry White, but with an added touch of summer, providing the perfect fruity alternative, with immediately recognisable flavours.
Best served chilled in a Champagne flute, Botonique Blush looks very much like sparkling rosé, and doesn’t include grapes or alcohol! In addition to the notes of herbs, spices and citrus blended with sparking water and pear juice, it has added strawberry, rose and bramble to create a unique fruity yet dry flavour, reminiscent of a rosé.
