Zoe's five favourite moments in her career to-date

  1. How To Become A Criminal Mastermind. Playing an assassin, I had to play with knives and it made me want to learn knife throwing.
  2. Mr Selfridge. Where Caroline Pope taught me to flapper and black bottom dance. I also got to learn to play poker and baccarat.
  3. The Possession of David O'Reilly. Living on set with the director for the duration of filming.
  4. Performing on the Olivier stage at the national with NYT.
  5. Assisting Anna Strasberg to direct Tolstoy's Redemption at The Lee Strasberg Institute in New York.

Zoe's five big aspirations for her career going forward

  1. I'd love to play a part where I get to use a sword and ride a horse.
  2. Work on another British period drama. I think they just make them so well. I'm a fan of Ripper Street and Penny Dreadful.
  3. One of my favourite films is Jude the Obscure directed by Michael Winterbottom, so I've always wanted to work with him.
  4. Work with a repertory Sheakspeare theatre company and play the role of Portia from The Merchant of Venice or Viola from Twelfth Night.
  5. I was fortunate to work with a wire rigging team in Slovenia last year and had to fly eight meters in the air. I'd like to do that again for in-camera special effects. Or aerial silks.

Mr Selfridge returns later this month on ITV.
