The day is upon us, as the 33rd edition of one of the year’s biggest and most spectacular shows heads to Orlando Florida. Yes, it’s time for WrestleMania 33 and we cannot wait to get watching all of the incredible action. For now though, here are our predictions for the matches taking place on the grandest stage of them all…
(Note: Predictions for winners are in bold)
- Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal – Braun Strowman
- Neville vs. Austin Aries for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship
- Alexa Bliss vs. Becky Lynch vs. Mickie James vs. Natalya vs. Carmella vs. Naomi for the SmackDown Women’s Championship
- Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson vs. Sheamus and Cesaro vs. Enzo and Big Cass for the Raw Tag Team Championships
- Dean Ambrose vs. Baron Corbin for the WWE Intercontinental Championship
- John Cena and Nikki Bella vs. The Miz and Maryse
- Bayley vs. Sasha Banks vs. Nia Jax vs. Charlotte for the Raw Women’s Championship
- Shane McMahon vs. AJ Styles
- Chris Jericho vs. Kevin Owens for the WWE United States Championship
- Triple H vs. Seth Rollins
- The Undertaker vs. Roman Reigns
- Bray Wyatt vs Randy Orton for the WWE Championship
- Goldberg vs. Brock Lesnar for the WWE Universal Championship
Perhaps one of the results that may stand out the most here is that we think Roman will be taking out Taker at WrestleMania – something only Brock Lesnar has managed to do before him. We think, along with the rumours that Jim Ross could be calling the match, that this will be Undertaker’s swan song. His last dance inside the Squared Circle, and one final attempt to put over the Big Dog – somebody the WWE Universe has failed to get behind at shows up and down the country and indeed, across the world.
One thing’s for sure, it’s going to be a hugely emotional night.
