As one of the most sought after mediums in Hollywood, Tyler Henry is enjoying an incredible career. Now back for a third season of his E! reality series, Hollywood Medium with Tyler Henry, we caught up with him to find out all about who he’ll be speaking to this time round, some of his most exciting experiences and more. Tyler Henry returns for a third season fo Hollywood Medium
You’re back with a third season of Hollywood Medium; what should fans expect from the show this time round?
This season has a whole new batch of readings, including with Megan Fox, LaToya Jackson, Salma Blair, and Ronda Rousey to name a few. Viewers will see some really intense experiences where I connect my clients with their loved ones who’ve passed and deliver their messages.
There are some more huge names in the series this year; who were some of your favourites to speak to?
I’d say my readings with Jim Parsons and Giuliana Rancic have a special place. Jim’s father died tragically and Giuliana had an unexpected connection with her father-in-law.
Has anyone provided a particularly difficult reading for you throughout the show’s history?
Readings all have their own intricacies but every reading has been fulfilling, even the challenging ones.
Does gender play a part at all in how people respond to your readings?
It used to more, in the beginning I was intimidated by men more because I wasn’t used to reading them. I’ve learned never to generalise and that regardless of our differences, we all share the same fundamental human experiences.
How have you found the response to the series’ first two seasons, and the third season’s new episodes to-date?
It’s been amazing! People’s enthusiasm for spirituality and healing have allowed for the show’s popularity to take off, and I’m so excited to keep going on this journey!
Are there any big names you’d love to read for in the future that you haven’t had chance to just yet?
I would love to read Lady Gaga and Tonya Harding.
What’s the process like of connecting with the other side? How best would you explain it for somebody who hasn’t experienced it?
My sixth sense uses the other five senses to communicate. I may have a vision, hear a sound, get a smell, or have a physical sensation that corresponds with how someone passed. What I do revolves around noticing subtle differences in my mind and body – because they’re messages.
Finally, what’s next for you in the coming weeks and months?
Lots of travel! I’ll be going across 16 different locations in the US and Canada doing speaking engagements and group events. Hopefully many more seasons [of the show] are on the horizon!
