As we wave goodbye to Theresa May following her resignation speech, we can't help but have her strange dancing in South Africa and of course the Conservative Conference right at the top of our May memories. That got us thinking, just which other famous faces have made a fool of themselves in front of the camera, all in the name of dance? Here are some of our favourite bad dancers and dances...
7. Theresa May
We start off with the departing PM, and pay homage to her awkward and stunted dance moves during a trip to a South African primary school. Attempting to join in with the kids, she made headlines for all the wrong reasons. Still, she took it (quite literally) in her stride, and waltzed out to the tune of Dancing Queen during the Conservatives Party Conference just weeks later.
6. Ricky Gervais
In his role as David Brent in The Office, Ricky Gervais earned fans across the globe. One of the show's most famous moments comes when Brent wants to out-perform his colleagues' Saturday Night Fever offering, and the result is one of the funniest few minutes of television we've ever seen.
5. Alan Pardew
During the Crystal Palace vs Manchester United FA Cup Final 2016, Alan Pardew showed off his unique dance moves on the touchline to celebrate Jason Puncheon's opening goal. It'll surely go down in history as one of the most bizarre football celebrations of our time!
4. Scott Mills
Don't you always feel sorry for the professional dancers who are partnered with celebrities who can't tell their left feet from their right, on Strictly Come Dancing? That's the position Joanne Clifton found herself in with BBC Radio One's Scott Mills, back in 2014! Their Under The Sea performance was without a doubt one of the highlights of the series, but not because it was good!
3. Jerry Springer
A huge name across the world because of his dramatic chat show, Jerry Springer took to America's version of Strictly, Dancing With The Stars, much to the excitement of his legions of fans. Though he wasn't the best dancer in the world (far from it, in fact), he provided some of the most memorable performances of the season.
2. Peter Crouch
The world of football makes another appearance, as Peter Crouch celebrates a goal against Jamaica with his robotic dance moves. As such a tall and slim presence, it appeared more awkward than anything else, but brought a smile to millions watching around the world.
1. Ann Widdecombe
We return to Strictly Come Dancing with our final entry, as Anton Du Beke was paired up with former Conservative MP, and new Brexit Party member, Ann Widdecombe. Their performance of the Paso Doble was without a doubt the most memorable, as she was dragged across the floor like a mop. Just brilliant, car crash TV.
