Coronation Street bosses have announced their plans for Sarah Platt to return to the cobbles.
Tina O'Brien will once again step into the shoes of Sarah, heading back into Weatherfield with daughter Bethany in spring of 2015.
She said of returning to the soap: "I am delighted to be returning. Sarah has a lot of history and unfinished business on the street and I'm looking forward to finding out what she's been up to and why she's returned home."
Her plot is being kept secret for now, but warnings have been made that more trouble for Gail (Helen Worth) is on the way.
Despite her happiness at seeing her daughter return to the family fold, she may not be smiling for long as Sarah proves she can rival her devious brothers in the drama stakes.
Bethany - billed as a "wild child" - is now a teenager and could also add to the Platt household troubles.
The Grimshaws will of course as well be affected by Sarah's return due to her history with Todd and Jason.
