Roxy Shahidi does yoga with her co-stars on set before she shoots her scenes for 'Emmerdale.'

The 32-year-old actress, who plays wedding organiser Leyla Harding in the ITV soap, has just recently qualified as a yoga teacher and has roped her fellow cast members into practicing the relaxing method with her before they start work.
She explained: "We use the time we've got. Tomorrow I'm getting to the village set 45 minutes before I'm needed so I can throw down my mat and do a power workout before breakfast. If there's no one around, I'll do it by myself. But if there are people around who are interested in staying fit, then great, because it means you have that little bit of momentum."
But the brunette beauty's s love for yoga extends further than just practicing every day as she's just released her new DVD, 'AM/PM: Yoga for Beginners From Roxy Shahidi'.
She told Inside Soap magazine: "I wanted to make something that was accessible for everyone, with options for various levels of ability, but which was still physically challenging. A lot of women these days are super busy - we've got careers, families and so much to fit in. So I'm a big believer in bite-size chunks and doing what you can."
