Rachel Stevens has held talks with 'EastEnders' bosses about joining the show.
The S Club 7 singer has revealed that she would love to feature on the BBC One soap and has spoken to them about potentially doing a cameo.
Speaking to The Sun Online, she said: "There's been talks about 'EastEnders' in the past, which would be really fun to do a cameo role in, or something that would be unexpected or different.
"It would be an amazing experience. I want something that will challenge me in a different way.
"EastEnders is my local. It's around the corner for me so it would be perfect."
And even if 'EastEnders' doesn't work out, Rachel is desperate to return to acting.
She said: "I would love to get back into acting. Definitely.
"Things have come up in the past but it's always been a timing thing, like when we were on tour. A lot of these things are about timing."
However, the star - who has daughters Amelie, five, and Minnie, two with husband Alex Bourne- would also love to be a mentor on 'The Voice' UK after working on 'The Voice of Ireland'.
She said: "I would definitely be up for doing the UK version. They change it quite regularly but yeah. It will be all change for ITV."
