Kate Ford wants to spend Christmas with the late Anne Kirkbride.
The 'Coronation Street' star - who portrays nasty Tracy Barlow on the ITV soap - admits she would love to have had one last festive holiday with the late actress, who played her on-screen mother Deirdre Barlow for over four decades.
When asked who she'd like to join her for Christmas dinner, she said: "Probably Annie (Kirkbride). I really miss her, she'd bring some good advice to the table and some fun."
And the 38-year-old actress is looking forward to spending more time with her seven-year-old son Otis over the Christmas break.
She added: "Money doesn't buy the sort of happiness you get at Christmas, it's to do with spending time with family and friends.
"So for me maybe an extra week off work to have lots of time to catch up with family and friends, then maybe some snow for Otis, he's already asking me whether we're going to have snow on Christmas Day."
And Kate has teased an explosive Christmas for her character Tracy.
She spilled: "Well she thinks she's going to be having a very merry Christmas when she finds an engagement ring that Robert is hiding.
"She spends all Christmas day waiting for him to propose but then Tracy's been visiting Rob in prison behind Robert's back so maybe it won't go quite as well as she'd hoped."
