'EastEnders' Robbie Jackson will have a totally new look when he returns to the soap next week.
Dean Gaffney - who played the street sweeper until 2010 - will return to Albert Square next week and believes he has matured like a "fine wine" since his last appearance on the show and thinks as he has got older he's got better looking and is ready to impress viewers with his style.
He said: "I mean this in the most un-bigheaded way possible but I am like a fine wine - I'm getting better with age."
The 37-year-old actor was known for his acne-ridden complexion and greasy hair when he was a teenager on the show, but now he is approaching 40th birthday his look has changed and he can't wait for view how different he looks now he has grown up.
He told The Sun newspaper: "It's nice to come back, as people remember Robbie as the 17-year-old with spots. Now I can say, 'Yes, I did have spots but now I am nearly 40 and look different.' "
Dean was a party boy during his first stint on the BBC One TV show and would be regularly seen out and about at various London nightclubs.
The soap star admits if he could relive that time of his life he would live a much quieter life.
He said: "If I had my time again I'd do what Lindsey Coulson (Carol Jackson) and Lacey Turner (Stacey Slater) have done - do their job, be happy to be working, then just go home afterwards."
Dean will make his comeback on BBC One on Tuesday 22 September for seven episodes surrounding the exit of his on-screen mother Carol Jackson.
