Danny Dyer gives Danny-Boy Hatchard stick for not drinking alcohol.
The 24-year-old actor - who plays Dyer's on-screen son Lee Carter in 'EastEnders' - has revealed he's not much of a drinker, much to the disgust of the 'Football Factory' star.
Asked if Dyer gives him stick, Danny-Boy said: "Oh yeah, all the time. He calls me B**locky Bill sometimes so it's always, 'I was going to go out the other night but B**locky Bill don't drink does he, so..."
However, despite admitting his on-screen dad often makes fun of him, the soap star confessed he does look up to him.
Speaking at the Inside Soap Awards, he shared: "He always likes to be the life of the party. When it comes to stuff like that [emotional scenes], he's always there for support and to give you the nudge and let you know you've done well and then tell you to push forwards and crack on. He's a great role model ... Older brother slash kind of father figure. I've learned a lot off of him, like I've learned a lot off of everybody else."
And Danny-Boy also explained why he doesn't like to get drunk.
He added: "I'm not really a drinker. I can't remember the last time I had a drink. I think it must have been about 15 months ago. It's not because I struggle with drink or anything, I just like to socialise as opposed to repeating myself and slurring my words because I do that anyway so the last thing I need is drink to make me slur my words even more."
