Emmerdale's Charley Webb wants a "quiet" exit for her character Debbie Dingle when she goes on maternity leave.
The pregnant 27-year-old actress - who already has five-year-old son Buster with co-star and boyfriend Matthew Wolfenden - has "no idea" what's been lined up for her by TV bosses to leave the show but she's hoping it's not "dramatic".
Speaking to BANG Showbiz at the Inside Soap Awards at London's DSTRKT nightclub on Monday night (05.10.15), Charley said: "I don't know. I've got no idea how I'm leaving at all ... She's had quite a traumatic time so it will be nice to just have a little bit of a quiet time. There's been so much drama around her character recently so I'm sure there will have to be something to get her out because obviously her family's there and her businesses and all that so yeah, something not too dramatic."
However, Charley's character Debbie wants to get back with Ross Barton - the brother of her husband Peter Barton who she had an affair with - which is set to cause more grief between the brothers and could lead to fireworks for her.
She revealed: "I think Peter's done now. I think that's a closed door. I definitely think it will be Ross."
But despite Debbie's turbulent storylines, Charley has been able to take it easy during her second pregnancy at home with Matthew.
Wearing a black skin-tight dress which accentuated her bump, she revealed: "I've had loads of time off so I've had a holiday and it's been a lot quieter so it's been absolutely fine. I was away in Florida for three weeks, so yeah I've not been too busy."
Charley was joined at the glitzy ceremony by several of her co-stars, including Gemma Atkinson, Michelle Hardwicke, Charlie Hardwick and Chris Chittell, and a host of other soap actors and actresses such as 'Hollyoaks' babes Jorgie Porter, Jennifer Metcalfe and Tamara Wall and 'EastEnders' regular Richard Blackwood.
