'Coronation Street's Alison King wants to nab some of the set's decor before her looming departure.
The 43-year-old actress - who is known for portraying hard-face businesswoman Carla Connor in the long-running soap - is set to bow out of the programme this spring but has admitted she's keen to swipe some of the pictures that hang in the Bistro restaurant before she flees the Cobbles.
She explained: "I'm ready to say goodbye to Carla. But I'm going to miss everyone.
"Half of Carla's clothes are mine so I'll be packing a suitcase. I would love some of the quote plaques that are on the wall of the Bistro but I doubt I would get away with pinching them."
The brunette beauty has teased the factory boss' departure will be filled with tears, explosive rows and a broken heart as she's driven out of Weatherfield by her arch-enemy Tracy Barlow (Kate Oates) on her wedding day as she attempts to keep her drunken fling with Robert Preston (Tristan Gemmill) from her smitten fiance Nick Tilsley (Ben Price).
Speaking to Inside Soap magazine, she said of her alter-ego's big day: "I'm thrilled it's at the Bistro, so we don't have to be on location for days. The wedding might be understated, but the drama won't be."
