Charlie Brooks is determined never to weigh more than 126lbs.
I never want to be a size 16 again. Apart from a blip at Christmas, give or take 7lbs, I've kept the majority of weight off. I'm never going to weigh more than 126lbs again!
The 'EastEnders' actress - who plays bitchy Janine Butcher in the BBC soap - admits losing 29lbs in 2005 was a struggle, but has promised herself she will never let her weight balloon again.
She explained: "I never want to be a size 16 again. Apart from a blip at Christmas, give or take 7lbs, I've kept the majority of weight off. I'm never going to weigh more than 126lbs again!"
Charlie dropped from 151lbs to 122lbs after embarking on a healthy diet and exercise regime, but admits keeping her toned physique is a constant battle.
Referring to former 'EastEnders' actress Natalie Cassidy, who has had a well-publicised battle with her weight, Charlie told Closer magazine: "You have to completely change your lifestyle to lose weight.
"I feel sorry for Natalie. She was all over the place with her weight, bless her."
Charlie has a four-year-old daughter Kiki-Dee with her ex-partner Tony Trumin, and admits she would like to meet someone new to have another child with.
She revealed: "I've been dating a few guys, but there's no one in particular at the moment. It's always someone's personality that attracts me first - looks count for very little.
"I'd love to have more children, but I've got to fall in love first. I've got my fingers crossed that I'll have one more!"
