Ned, Mickey and Janae visit the Child Psychologist but with the atmosphere still frosty between Janae and Mickey, things look much better for Kirsten. Over the moon, lonely Kirsten misreads Tim's support for her and kisses him, only to suffer the humiliation of his pity. Meanwhile, Janae worries about the future of her relationship with Ned if they lose Mickey. But when Mickey makes up with Janae, Ned is reminded of how wonderful she is with his son and assures Janae that their love will survive whatever lies ahead. Ned and Janae are astonished when Mickey chooses to live with them but their joy disappears when they realize that Kirsten has abducted her own son. Furious at Miranda for embarrassing her on the footy field, Bridget hits where it hurts and accuses her Mum of causing Riley's emotional issues. Miranda's devastated and Riley sticks up for her by asking Bridget to cut Miranda some slack. But Bridget fires back - Riley's a fine one to talk with the way he's so cruelly treated their parents and abandoned her! Riley admits he didn't want to ruin Bridget's relationship with their parents... and neither should she. Having busted Karl sneaking in extra golf practice last week - and accusing him of being threatened by her new-found passion - Susan ups the ante by seeking golf tips from old pro Lou. But sly Karl is wise to her ruse!
