Hell-bent on busting Paul at the poker game, Ned zeroes in on his neighbours for the stake money, first targeting Max (who feels bad about booting Ned from the Hoyland House), then Janelle. Bree takes the blame, much to Lolly's relief and Susan's incredulity. Janelle takes Susan and Pepper to task; sure there's been a perversion of justice. Thwarted, Janelle broaches her misgivings about Lolly's behaviour with Lou. While Harold shares Janelle's concern, Lou turns a deaf ear, totally oblivious to his daughter's machinations.Pepper can't shake her fixation with Paul.
