Darren is hurt when he discovers that Libby has enrolled Ben at Erinsborough Primary School. Not only is it a clear sign she doesnt have any plans to go back to Shepparton but shes also deliberately excluding him from Bens life. Libby reminds him that Ben is not his son.Darren tells Toadie the whole sorry story of his infidelity, explaining that Libby has been pushing him away: no matter what he does, he cant seem to live up to her memory of Drew. Toadie argues that its no excuse but, given the spectre of Max that haunts his own relationship with Steph, he does have some sympathy. Steph, on the other hand, shows no such mercy.
