Rachel is frustrated that the police still have no leads on the hospital stalker, and she’s doing everything she can to help with their enquiries: from building them a psychological profile of the likely culprit to, well, naming names. You see, it’s when she unexpectedly spots Henk in the car park that she’s hit with a chilling thought: could he be the one behind the attacks? After all, why else would he be back in town so soon after his transfer to another hospital? Rachel having failed to get to him in time, Henk speeds off in his car and soon finds himself drawing tantalisingly near to Summer Bay’s exit sign. Unfortunately for him, he then suffers Cassie spotting his car stuck in traffic and clambering into the passenger seat for a heart to heart. Admittedly, her confession that she’s in love with him, and her promise that she won’t leave until he says he feels otherwise, is almost enough to win Henk over – until Ric arrives on the scene and, speaking on behalf of everyone but Cassie, offers him a reminder of just how unwelcome he is in the Bay after the damage he’s done. And Ric’s not the only one hot on Henk’s trail; courtesy of a tip-off from Rachel, the police soon turn up wanting to take him in for questioning. Is he really telling the truth when he says he was back at the hospital to collect some belongings which were left behind as a result of his rushed transfer? Well, yes, as Julie – in charge of his transfer – is only too willing to confirm. While a red-faced Rachel is frustrated, not to mention embarrassed, to see him vindicated, the experience is enough to leave Henk himself certain of his decision to leave the Bay for good; while, elsewhere, poor Cassie sits waiting for his return, convinced that there’s hope for their relationship yet.Awaiting verdict“Messing with people’s heads is what she did best,” Jazz says of her mother, the contents of the Will now having been disclosed. But despite her earlier sob stories, perhaps the pair weren’t quite as dissimilar as she claims, because Drew has now been left suffering under the guilt of being handed over a $750 000 fortune in her stead. His decision over whether or not to accept the money is made all the more complicated by the fact that, nothing in Summer Bay ever remaining secret for long, his windfall is soon talk of the town. While Belle opts for the “If it’s her mother’s wish, shouldn’t it be granted?” approach, Leah begins to doubt whether that amount of money in Drew’s hands is such a good idea, and Morag, of course, continues on her mission to unearth the truth about Jazz – who, thanks to Drew’s good nature, is about to be in line for her highly prized 50:50 split of the estate.

As the evidence builds, and after Dane’s revealing that Jazz’s mother died three months ago, Morag decides to protect Drew’s interests by offering him her legal services free of charge. Although he feels guilty going behind his mother’s back like this, it soon becomes clear to him that he’s made the right choice, because when Dane later shows up at Jazz’s to finalise the division of the estate, Morag makes her show-stopping entrance just on cue.

“Drew had the good sense to let me review the documentation,” she says by way of introduction, before proceeding to wave around a copy of the form Jazz signed some months back when her mother’s body was released to the funeral home. “You knew all about the contents of the Will before you even set foot in this town, did you not?” she goes on to ask, as the room falls deadly silent.
