After yet another night on the sauce, Martha wakes up in the Surf Club with Louis Vuitton-sized bags under her eyes. She wanders down to the beach and throws herself into the sea - but it's just an attempt to wake herself up rather than a cry for help. Afterwards, she returns to the Surf Club to straighten up the place and hide the four empty wine bottles before Tony arrives. From there she heads home, where a serious-looking Alf is finishing up a phone call. He delivers the news that his sister Celia - who has taken her pushbike and alice band all the way to Nigeria to work as a missionary - has had a stroke. He's promptly dispatched to her bedside, but not before Tony assures him that he'll take care of the Surf Club while he's away. And the first thing Tony needs to do is take out the trash - which is where he discovers the wine bottles that Martha pilfered the night before. An ashamed Martha squints through her hangover as Tony reads her the riot act and insists he will not tolerate drinking on the job. Martha is left on the verge of tears. Will she open up to anybody about the reasons for her behaviour?That's the spirit"Are you still having nightmares?" asks Kelli, when her sister comes down the stairs looking like she's spent the night in a ditch. "You have to be able to sleep to have nightmares", Mandy replies, as Peter wanders in and asks what they're talking about. They cover, saying that they're just chatting about wedding stuff. Later, Kelli saunters down to the beach and has a lips-up with the very-much-alive Ethan. "I think it's about time that my darling sister started seeing ghosts", she smiles, as the sky darkens and the temperature drops by about thirty degrees. That afternoon, Amanda is heading back from the diner with lunch supplies when she is stopped dead in her tracks by the sight of Ethan in the distance.

But by the time she rubs her eyes and does a comedy double-take, Ethan has vanished - and Amanda is left more rattled than ever.

The following night, a tormented Amanda yet again fails in her quest to get some shut-eye. Kelli clocks her mood and reassures her everything will be okay. However, Amanda isn't so certain of this and drops the bombshell that she's going to turn herself in to the police! Kelli's blood runs cold. Well, colder than usual. This was not part of her plan...
