Kassius Nelson has joined the cast of 'Hollyoaks'.

The 18-year-old newcomer is set to join the Channel 4 soap as Jade, a mysterious new arrival with a connection to Lisa Loveday, and will become a regular face.
Kassius said: "I'm so happy to be joining 'Hollyoaks' as Jade and really hope the viewers will be as excited as my Nan is to see what Jade has in store. I've watched the show for years so it was really surreal to step on set. I also need to keep reminding myself to call other cast members by their real names! Jade arrives with an interesting past but there are certain characters who won't want that past to be revealed."
Jade's arrival comes as 'Hollyoaks' takes a step back in time with a one-off bubble episode that will air on Thursday September 17.
The flashback will see secrets simmer to the surface from the Loveday family's past and the truth about Lisa's story comes to light while, in the present day, Zack continues to fight for his life.
Jade's previous connections to Lisa are yet to be revealed but could come to the forefront after the flashback.
