With the murder of Amy Barnes weighing heavily on everybody’s mind in the village of Hollyoaks, talk quickly turns to who is responsible for the newlywed’s premature death. Now, a brand new first look clip for the soap has been revealed, showing Ste and Harry both being arrested by DS Armstrong. Check it out below:
With Ste quickly being arrested on suspicion of the murder of Amy Barnes, Tony and Diane do their best to protect him as he goes into a state of panic. When Harry foolishly provides a false alibi for Ste, lying that he was with him on the night she was murdered, he is too arrested. Could the pair find themselves behind bars?
The clip comes after actor Kieron Richardson – who plays Ste – ran off the set of This Morning when he appeared to let slip some crucial details surrounding the storyline. Though he didn’t give any specifics about the show’s proceedings, he was left red-faced and in fear of losing his job after stumbling over his words.
It’s also been revealed that Zoe Carpenter (Zoe Lister) and Kathy Barnes (Sarah Jane Buckley) will be making a guest appearance on the soap, as part of Amy’s funeral a little later this year.
Hollyoaks continues weekdays at 6.30pm on Channel 4, with First Look episodes at 7pm every weeknight on E4.
