When Mercedes's (Jennifer Metcalfe) pregnancy test is discovered, she admits she doesn't know who the father is. Jacqui (Claire Cooper) thinks that Mercedes's pregnancy is the answer to her and Tony's (Nick Pickard) baby blues. Tina (Leah Hackett) doesn't tell Dom (John Pickard) about Pete (Richard Cambridge), because she's worried that it will ruin their relationship. Rhys (Andrew Moss) tries to help Gilly (Anthony Quinlan) get together with Beth (Sinead Moynihan), but it's obvious she's only interested in Rhys.
