Tony (Nick Pickard) is both shocked and excited by the news that he has an eight-year-old son, but wonders what Jacqui (Clare Cooper) will make of it. Tony and Harry (Daniel Seymour) get along well and Tessie (Sian Foulkes) is agreeable to the idea of father and son meeting again, but Jacqui (Clare Cooper) walks in on them just as Tony and Tessie are making their farewell hugs. Tina (Leah Hackett) is nervous about her job interview believing her lack of experience and family name will drag her down. Rhys (Andrew Moss) and Beth (Sinead Moynihan) both receive a letter from the solicitor about Noel's will. Unable to concentrate, Rhys takes Gilly (Anthony Quinlan) to the SU Bar, only to find that there is no escape from the object of both of their affections: Beth.
