When John Paul (James Sutton) complains about his mum smothering him, Katy (Hannah Tointon) reminds him how fortunate he is to have his creature comforts. As John Paul embraces student life a lonely Myra (Nicole Barber-Lane) is left to await his return. Mercedes (Jennifer Metcalfe) and Carmel (Gemma Merna) get a surprise when they discover their spa holiday is actually a survival course.But it's not all bad as Mercedes sets her sights on army instructor Vic (Steve Bell). After Steph (Carley Stenson) has an epileptic seizure she is touched by Max's (Matt Littler) kindness and chivalry, and gives him a peck on the cheek. Amy (Ashley Slanina-Davies) fumes when she discovers the devastation from the party, but Ste (Kieron Richardson) is on hand to help tidy up.
