The day of Steph's (Carley Stenson) graduation dawns and Frankie (Helen Pearson) is relishing having a daughter with letters after her name. Jake (Kevin Sacre) realises that he's got to prove himself to Nancy (Jessica Fox), so he interrupts Jack's (James McKenna) speech to announce to the world how happy he is with the new woman in his life. Russ (Stuart Manning) also enjoys his graduation day but Mercedes (Jennifer Metcalfe) is beginning to worry about the amount of gossip circulating about her and Warren. Gilly (Anthony Quinlan) attempts to reason with Hannah (Emma Rigby) over her friendship with Melissa (Carla Chases). Kathy's (Sarah Jane Buckley) consternation grows as Amy (Ashley Slanina-Davies) stops her from having anything to do with Leah.
