Louise (Roxanne McKee) is troubled by Warren's (Jamie Lomas) arrest.She feels guilty that he might go to prison for something she has done. Louise visits Warren to tell him but he is adamant that she doesn't have it in her, and it must have been one of Clare's other many enemies. Back in the village, Clare (Gemma Bissix) and Louise come face to face and despite Louise's best efforts she can't persuade Clare that Warren is not the murderer. Max (Matt Littler) and OB (Darren Jeffries) try to get Clare to retract her social services statement. Clare goes to social services and warns Max she knows exactly what she is going to tell them. Will Tom (Ellis Hollins) ever be coming home with Max? Jessica (Jennifer Biddall) struggles with her finances. She tells Zak (Kent Riley) and Gilly (Anthony Quinlan) about her problems when they invite her to the pub.
Gilly tries to help her out as Zak heads down the pub on his own.
