Aleksander (Jon Lolis) is writing home about his life in Hollyoaks. He pretends that life with Jacqui (Clare Cooper) is going swimmingly. Mercedes (Jennifer Metcalfe) is less than impressed when she learns that Aleksander has asked Russ (Stuart Manning) to be his best man. Calvin (Ricky Whittle) is concerned about Louise (Roxanne McKee); she isn't answering any of his calls. Calvin goes to the Evissa flat to check on Louise and is horrified to find that she's got a black eye. Zak (Kent Riley) is still convinced that 4Play can corner the local stripping market. Gilly (Anthony Quinlan) and Russ remain sceptical, but they're swayed by Zak's promises of adoring female fans. Nancy (Jessica Fox) is determined to clear Becca's name, but she's left feeling frustrated when Jake (Kevin Sacre) doesn't share her enthusiasm.
