Emmerdale actor Danny Miller has said that the soap's popular Rob and Aaron romance storyline will probably carry on going strong, as it's proved to be such a hit with the fans, but for now there's nothing solid planned that he knows about.
In an on-off relationship with Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley) for over a year, Aaron's story has built and with it has come legions of dedicated fans, and though the pair are currently apart, Danny thinks the two are destined to come together once again.
Miller said: "You never know! Upstairs at Emmerdale, they know the power that Twitter has. People are getting so involved in the 'Robron' thing, so I don't think it'll necessarily be the end.
"We don't know and they haven't told us anything, but I think they quite like us as a couple, which is nice to hear."
He continued: "It's also a testament to Ryan. I'm very proud to work with him. He's been here a year now and he's been amazing. He's a good lad.
"I say too much about him, actually - I think people think I fancy him! But he's great - he's really good, and I think they know that. They've shelved the storyline for now, but I think they're quite keen to see it again."
Meanwhile, Aaron's storyline will continue throughout Christmas, with the scorned lover hoping to stop Robert from buying a share of The Woolpack.
Emmerdale continues weeknights on ITV at 7pm, with extra episodes every Thursday at 8pm.
