Andy (Kelvin Fletcher) and Jo (Roxanne Pallett) separately attempt to summon up enthusiasm for their big day, but both are only too aware of the miserable circumstances surrounding their wedding. In the meantime, Lisa (Jane Cox), Laurel (Charlotte Bellamy), Val (Charlie Hardwick) and Louise (Emily Symons) decorate the Woolpack, intending to give Jo a hen night to remember. However the night goes from bad to worse when, looking to get closer to her, Jake (James Baxter) spikes Jo's drink, then Jo hears Val and Louise laughing about her 'special day'. Flying into a rage, Jo storms out followed by Ross (Samuel Anderson). As he offers comfort, the two lock eyes and kiss. Will Jo cheat on Andy the night before her nuptials?Elsewhere, David (Matthew Wolfenden) reassures Nicola (Nicola Wheeler) that he's still on side with her plans to bump off Donald (Michael Jayston), but is inwardly less than convinced. Nicola is eager to forge ahead and comes back from Hotten laden with Colombo DVDs for research. Is Nicola really serious about killing her golden goose?Meanwhile, there are tears from Betty (Paula Tilbrook) when Sandy (Freddie Jones) finally breaks the news of his travel plans. How will Betty cope when India takes away her close companion?
