Eli (Joseph Gilgun) infuriates Donna (Verity Rushworth) by claiming he owns part of their property and only a cash sum will get him out. He says that it's either that or Donna turns bent and uses her job to help his criminal schemes. Marlon (Mark Charnock) refuses to be bullied and decides to give himself up, only for Donna to propose a plan. She suggests to Eli that he can make a pretty penny with a job at a local warehouse. Eli jumps at the chance, but what does Donna have up her sleeve?Meanwhile, Laurel (Charlotte Bellamy) is shocked by the arrival of her parents. Hilary (Paula Wilcox) immediately reverts to type by criticising Laurel's parenting skills along with their choice of the baby's name. However, when Hilary later hears Emily (Kate McGregor) apologising to Ashley (John Middleton) she finds a completely different matter to turn her attention to.Elsewhere, Lexi (Sally Oliver), Chas (Lucy Pargeter) and Debbie (Charley Webb) try to sell the necklace to Pollard (Chris Chittell).

During a later conversation with Debbie, Pollard haggles over the price whilst insisting on a share of the sale when he finds a buyer.

Lexi is jittery with the delay and argues with Debbie. The younger Dingle senses trouble and decides to go deal with Pollard alone and they agree to replace the real necklace with a fake, without her partners' knowledge. What will Lexi and Chas do when they find out?
