Paul (Mathew Bose) and Gray (Christopher Villiers) share their joy in the news of Perdy's (Georgia Slowe) apparent recovery. Rosemary's (Linda Thorson) mood is not helped by their closeness and attempts to stun Jonny (Richard Grieve) by rumour mongering. Jonny turns the tables by revealing he knows Gray is gay and Rosemary takes this news straight to her son. A furious Gray berates Paul for his betrayal and it is clear that Paul's remorse stems from an increasing attraction towards his friend.Elsewhere, Marlon (Mark Charnock) fears for his secret as Debbie (Charley Webb) hints that Donna (Verity Rushworth) is close to discovering the truth about the robbery. Marlon is horrified to learn that Debbie has knowledge of their criminality and after arguing with Eli (Joseph Gilgun), he learns about his brother's involvement with Debbie. Eli assures Marlon that their secret is safe, but is Marlon so sure of Dingle loyalty?Also, Sam (James Hooton) and Jo (Roxanne Pallett) prepare for their farm opening by scouring the village for business.
After playing around making leaflets to hand out, Andy (Kelvin Fletcher) warns Jo that the farm animals are not pets and she must become more business savvy to make it a success.
