Louise (Emily Symons) returns her necklace to Jamie (Alex Carter) so he gives it to Donna (Verity Rushworth), with Eli (Joseph Gilgun) looking on. Eli tells a worried Marlon (Mark Charnock) who confronts his wife, forcing her to admit the truth about Jamie and Louise. Viv (Deena Payne) overhears the revelation and questions Louise in the Woolpack. In front of Jamie she downplays the seriousness of the relationship. Jamie is crushed and admits he was falling in love with her. Has Louise made a big mistake?Elsewhere, Zak (Steve Halliwell) bumps into an old adversary Mike O'Shea (Shend) who tries to goad Zak into renewing their past rivalry by participating in a bare knuckle fight. With ten grand up for grabs, Eli and Shadrach (Andy Devine) attempt to persuade Zak to enter the contest. With Zak worrying about Lisa's (Jane Cox) reaction, Eli tries to attack his uncle, but Zak launches a counter punch, flooring his attacker. Zak is pleasantly surprised by the return of his old reflexes, but will it be enough for him to win the fight?Meanwhile, Viv blocks Bob's (Tony Audenshaw) late attempt to withdraw the twins from the Beautiful Baby contest. When Heath (Sebastian Dowling) emerges victorious, Bob worries that Viv will start to favour him over Cathy (Gabrielle Dowling). When Jasmine (Jenna-Louise Coleman) comes round to cover the story for the Hotten Courier, Heath begins crying incessantly. Bob is horrified when Viv secretly substitutes him for Cathy to take pictures and wonders how low she'll sink for fame and fortune.
