Emmerdale- Dan reveals his expectations of female company
Sharon (Victoria Hawkins) emerges after the hen night with a shocking hangover and Val (Charlie Hardwick) puts the knife in by revealing her plans for hen night number two that evening. When she reveals the planned uniform of garish t-shirts and rabbit ears, it's clear that Val's plans stretch a little further than a few drinks in the Woolie. That night as Val breaks open the champagne, regaling the others with tales of her past adventures, Sharon slinks off to schmooze with Ricky (Oliver Mellor) Dan's (Patrick Molyneux) best man. As the drinks go down, Sharon and Val begin to bond. Have relations finally thawed between mother and daughter in time for the wedding?Meanwhile, Rodney (Patrick Mower) rounds up a group for the evening's poker game and Gray (Christopher Villiers) offers Mill Cottage as a venue. However Rodney is unnerved when Dan reveals his expectations of female company at the night's event. As night progresses, Rodney is shocked by Dan's drunken behaviour and his womanising stories. When he voices his concerns to Sharon he is further stunned when she confirms that she's willing to sacrifice fidelity for a life of luxury.Will the WAGs wedding lead to a marriage of tears and tantrums?Elsewhere, Emily (Kate McGregor) looks forward to a quiet evening and a DVD, but is instead delighted when Ashley (John Middleton) asks her to baby-sit.
