Emily (Kate McGregor) is spending more and more time with Sam (James Hooton) and Samson (Bradley Milnes). Sam demonstrates his trust in her when he leaves his precious son in her care. However, Zak (Steve Halliwell) is unnerved to detect more than loyalty in Sam’s defence of Emily and Sam’s horrified when he accidentally calls her Alice after seeing her pushing Samson on the swings. Does Sam want something more than friendship from Emily?Meanwhile, it’s all hands to the pump as the Dingles pitch in to help rebuild Marlon’s (Mark Charnock) foundations before the inspector arrives. Marlon reluctantly agrees to let Zak and Eli (Joseph Gilgun) help out and is pleasantly surprised when he returns to find the job well done! Elswhere, Paddy (Dominic Brunt) goes along to his model making class and is shocked to discover that Rita’s (Emma Kearney) a naked life model! When Rita asks an embarrassed Paddy if she can see his drawing of her, she’s amused to see that he’s painted her with a T-Shirt on and insists they go for a drink!
