Worrying news about Dean's delivered in the midst of a party at the Queen Vic, making celebrations end early. With Shirley refusing to believe what the authorities are telling her, Nancy realises that Linda's been lying to her. Shirley's offered some advice in a strange heart-to-heart with Sharon, telling her she should fight for both of her children, whilst Denise grows worried when an exhausted Kim refuses to allow anyone to help with baby Pearl.

Linda's ultrasound scan has come around, and with Elaine ecstatic to see the baby it's clear that her daughter's struggling, with her unable to even look at the monitor. Later on as she opens up about how she's truly feeling, she breaks down revealing her fears. Meanwhile, Kat learns Tommy's sick and has to collect him from nursery with pressure growing, and Dot refuses help from Sharon during a prison visit, telling her to stay away in future.
Thursday, March 5, 2015 (7.30pm, BBC One)
Kim and Kat get drunk together, and with them keen to continue on with their night, Kat uses Denise's spare keys to get into the Queen Vic and steal wine. Soon being caught by Linda, she demands the two pay and so Kim heads off for some money. Receiving a text from Vincent on the way, she spots a car with its headlights glaring and runs away - just what is scaring her so much? Back at the pub a fight breaks out when Linda questions Kat's mothering skills and starts to call social services. A terrified Kim runs in, interrupting the pair and is followed by Shirley. The door's bolted and Kim's left to explain all about the baby's father. Elsewhere, Lee reveals he's heading back to the Army, leaving Whitney devastated.

Kat panics when social services give her a call about an impending visit the day after her big night out, and it's not long before an ominous knock comes at the door. With the events of the night rushing through Linda's mind, she decides it's time for her and Mick to return to normal, whilst Kim decides to tell Patrick about Vincent. Roxy and Charlie are later forced to talk about what happened, and Stacey's offered her job back at Blades by Shirley.
