David Wicks will be mown down on Eastenders on Christmas Day.
Janine is thought to be the one in the driving seat and leaves him for dead in a bid to stop him from revealing the truth about her murderous ways.
Michael blackmails the serial killer for £250,000 after finding out that she stabbed her ex-husband Michael Moon (Steve Shepherd) and blamed fragile Alice Branning (Jasmyn Banks) for the crime.
However, he soon learns that messing with Janine may not be a good idea.
While waiting to pick up his wad of cash on Christmas Day (25.12.13), he is approached by a speeding vehicle that mows him down and leaves him in a critical condition, before it races off into the distance.
Although it hasn't been confirmed whether Janine is the person behind the wheel, the official synopsis for the festive special suggests the spiteful boss is about to get her comeuppance.
It states: "Janine's lies look set to be exposed but with the pressure mounting and nowhere to run, she once again takes matters into her own murderous hands - but will she kill again, will she be caught, or will she flee Walford before the truth comes out?"
Janine is set to bow out of the BBC soap over the festive period, but Charlie insists her nasty alter-ego will be back in the future.
