With Peggy out of the Vic for the night, Ronnie prepares for her poker game with Jack. Jack invites others in the Square to join the game. Pat accepts the challenge. The game begins and Ronnie wins the opening round and Jack feels like she played him for a mug. As the game progresses the tables turn and Jack has the upper hand. Ronnie raises the stakes. Everyone in the Vic hears what's going on upstairs and they all go up to have a look. Peggy arrives back at the Vic and storms upstairs.
