Pat and Shirley are still arguing whilst being dragged into the police station. Pat leaves a message for Kevin. They have to share a cell and Shirley threatens to tell Denise about her night with Kevin. Shirley points out that she’ll be out of the cells before Pat. It’s the day of the wedding. Kevin pops over to see Denise but Yolande kicks him out. He accidentally leaves his phone which has a message from Pat. Carly finds the phone and Kevin finally listens to Pat’s message. Back on the Square, Shirley asks Kevin for a drink later to remember Jimbo. When Pat is out of the police station she questions Kevin about what happened with Shirley. Shirley is getting fed up waiting for Kevin but Pat comes in with a message that Kevin won't be coming. Shirley is furious and asks Phil and Stella for a lift to the registry office. A very anxious Kevin is overwhelmed when he sees Denise at the registry office. Meanwhile Shirley gets out of Phil’s car and starts walking towards the registry office…Stella shows Phil the ring she bought and suggests a romantic evening whilst they are away. She is disappointed when Phil tell her he wants Ben to go with them. Stella tells Ben that she doesn’t think he should come on holiday and makes Ben find an excuse not to go. Phil receives a call from the school saying that Ben has been caught vandilising the toilets. As a punishment, Phil says he can’t go away with them. Ben’s devastated.Mickey is struggling to find a job but Bradley mentions that there is one going in the post room at the bank. Bradley warns him about the HR woman. Stacey returns from holiday and catches Max’s eye. Later, she opens the back door to find Max. He points out that he went to meet her at the airport but Charlie got there first.
