Jim and Dot return from their break but Jim thinks they have made a mistake keeping Tomas. Dot firmly disagrees but Jim tries to get her to give him up. Dot’s adamant and decides to tell the rest of the family over dinner tonight. Jim worries what people will say when they find out the truth about Tomas – they could go to prison for abducting a baby! All the Brannings sit down to dinner but they hear a baby crying. Jim begs Dot not to say anything but Dot brings Tomas downstairs. As she goes to reveal the truth, Jim interrupts and says the baby is called George, it is Nick’s son…Kevin is still upset that Deano’s not coming to the wedding. He later tells Shirley that they are changing the date but Shirley points out that he will still be upset. Kevin tell Shirley to bring Deano round later - he has an idea. At Pat’s, Kevin gets Deano and Carly together and shows them a family video which includes Jimbo. Deano gets very emotional and runs out. Shirley follows and talks to him but when Kevin asks him to come back in, Deano announces that he wants to stay with Shirley.Stella makes tuna paste sandwiches for Ben’s lunch knowing that he hates it. Stella asks Phil to go shopping, hoping that he’ll buy a ring but Phil says he’s not traipsing round the shops. Stella is jealous when Phil returns with a laptop for Ben and lets Ben know what she thinks.
