Max calls Stacey and tells her that they’ll stay at Peggy’s party for half an hour then sneak out. Stacey asks Sean how he’s getting on with Tanya. Max tells Stacey they’ll leave in 15 minutes but she warns him to keep an eye on Tanya as Sean is sniffing around her. Sean wants to know if Tanya is jealous of Chelsea. Max has a go at Sean in the loos, he tells him to leave Tanya alone. Phil arrives before things get too heated. Max lets himself into the Slater’s. Stacey questions Tanya about the villa. Max realises that something is wrong when Stacey rejects his call. Max returns to the Vic and sees Tanya and Stacey talking. Stacey tells Tanya that you can’t trust anyone. Max claims to have been at home getting Peggy’s card. Tanya heads off leaving a furious Stacey to confront Max about Spain. Bradley asks Max what is wrong with Stacey. Tanya accidentally spills a little champagne on Stacey’s top and Stacey freaks out. Tanya and Stacey fight until they are dragged apart by Max and Sean. Stacey storms out and Max heads after. Tanya is trying to dry herself off in the loos when Sean enters. Sean wants to know that Tanya is okay. He tells her that she is beautiful and kisses her. Tanya momentarily responds but then pulls away. Stacey wants Max to tell her the truth about them going to Spain. Tanya pleads with Sean to leave her alone and he relents. Stacey tells Max that she can’t cope with their affair anymore. Phil catches Sean coming out of the loos after Tanya. Max tells Stacey that he loves her but Stacey wants to know who he loves more. Tanya arrives home but Max isn’t there. Stacey tells Max that he has to leave Tanya. Max’s phone alerts him to the fact that Tanya is looking for him. Tanya sees the light on at the Slater’s and goes to knock…Will Tanya uncover the truth?Phil goes round to check that Ian is coming to the party as Ben wants him there. Peggy is surprised to see that Stella has decorated the Vic. Peggy overhears people talking about the pictures of her that are in the Vic – not all complimentary. Ian pushes Peggy to open his present – it is a book about pensioners. Peggy has been splashed by champagne during Stacey’s fight with Tanya and is upset that her new outfit is ruined. Ian tells her that she looks like mutton dressed as lamb. Peggy chokes back tears as Phil comforts her. Peggy reveals to Phil that she’s scared of turning 65. Phil heads back downstairs to deal with Ian. In the loos, Phil threatens to flush Ian’s head down the loo and bars him for life from the Vic. Ian is terrified as Phil releases him. Abi is wary of Stella who is hosting Ben’s party upstairs. Abi feels excluded as Stella continues to drive a wedge between Ben and her. Tanya tells Abi to make an effort with Ben. Tanya finds a sad Abi.

Billy tensely tells Mickey that he isn’t opening the video shop tonight. Not wanting to take any risks Honey hands in her notice after only a week. Honey finds out that video shop is in trouble from Mickey. Honey confronts Billy. Billy admits to Honey that they are broke but reassures her that everything will be fine. Honey asks Tanya for her job back.

Dawn ignores a call from May. May is worried and tells Rob to call her. Rob tells Dawn that he wants to see her. She tells him that he’ll see her very soon. Dawn arrives looking amazing. Dawn tells Peggy that she’ll leave if she wants. Chelsea is gutted that Dawn looks so good. May tells Dawn that she looks lovely. May tells Rob to go and speak to Dawn. Rob and Dawn are kissing in the alley. Rob reassures May that he’s sorted things with Dawn. May is pleased as by Monday it will be too late for Dawn to have an abortion.
