Sean, Roxy and Amy walk in to meet Aunt Sal who seems anxious to see Amy.
Sean announces to the gathering that he, Roxy and Amy will be moving out of the Vic after Christmas, after securing a flat in Dagenham.
He happily shows them the keys to the flat. They are all surprised and speechless.
